Hometown Builders was established in 1999 by Joyce Knoblauch and is owned and operated today by Rob Polipnick and Steve Moritz. Rob and Steve have more than 50 years combined experience in lumber, construction and homebuilding. Since the beginning of their partnership, Rob and Steve have always felt that building a home should be a friendly and rewarding experience for the homeowner. Hometown Builders is dedicated to building quality homes, on schedule and with 100% customer satisfaction.

Hometown Builders provides Central Minnesota with general contracting services for conventional homes, custom homes and log homes from design through completion. The company also has community neighborhoods with lots and land available in several Central Minnesota locations.

Hometown Builders is a member of the Central Minnesota Builders Association, Vikingland Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau.
